Orlando has so much to offer visitors. Living here, I am so lucky to have so many options for entertainment right in my backyard. One of my favorite things to see and do with my family or bringing friends from out of town is the Outta Control Dinner Show!
This is Orlando’s best kept secret. A dinner show unlike no other with only 125 seats per show. Expect to be impressed at this interactive, entertaining and hilariously funny dinner show. Tony Brent is the one man cast of dozens. He combines a mixture of amazing magic, impersonations and high-energy improvisational comedy to thoroughly entertain audiences of all ages. Minds will be read, predictions will come true, and audience members’ personal items will vanish and re-appear.
The Outta Control Dinner Show provides a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience to the Orlando area with non-stop audience participation. The crowds don’t just watch the show, they become part of it. Visitors to the show receive tableside service with unlimited fresh hand-tossed cheese and pepperoni pizza, salad, popcorn and unlimited beer, wine, soda and dessert. The 90-minute experience will keep you on the edge of your seat and tickle your funny bone every 8 seconds.
Tony Brent and His Outta Control Dinner Show Review
I have now seen Tony Brent and his Outta Control Dinner Show at WonderWorks 4 different times over the years. Every time I go, I am looking forward to the next time. He’s funny, he’s quick witted and his magic tricks aren’t just good, they are really, really good.
The room seats a small intimate crowd, selling out almost every night. With a dinner consisting of all you can eat popcorn, salad, pizza and dessert, it’s the perfect meal for this type of show. Family style, family friendly, and it’s all you can drink beer, wine and soda too!
While we were enjoying our popcorn and the server took our drink orders, Tony Brent aka “Uncle Tony” came out and played for us some music on his guitar, kinda getting a feel for the crowd. About 10 minutes later the show started, Tony came on stage and oh boy, the fun started. With a perfect mixture of comedy and magic, he had equally captivated as entertained.
With a variety of characters, Tony bounces from costumes and accents throughout the show. He keeps it clean for the kids but with enough innuendos to keep the adults laughing just as hard.
One of the things that I love about The Outta Control Dinner Show is that Tony loves to include the audience in his acts. Kids and adults get brought up on stage to help with both the magic and entertainment. I took a few video clips from the show that we saw and had my daughter put together this fun video. See for yourself just how fun and funny this show is!
Man, when I watch that I want to go back! It’s just so fun! If you are looking for a fun afternoon and evening, consider visiting WonderWorks Orlando during the day, then enjoy the dinner show right inside at night. They offer a great package deal. Fun, affordable and a must do while in Orlando!
Shows are presented nightly at 6:00 and 8:00 pm. Plan early for it’s not unusual for the show to sell out!
*I was given 4 tickets to experience The Outta Control Dinner Show with my friends and family. Since this was not my first time, I think it’s easy to see that I really love this show, so as always, all opinions are my own!
