Let’s face it. I’m a busy girl. I spend a lot of time running around and needless to say I deal with lower back pain a lot.
When TheraFit sent me a pair of their tennis shoes to try, I like most of you thought, eh, it’s another shoe. Ok, so I was wrong.
When you are walking around all day, it’s really important to have shoes that are amazing. There is nothing worse than being on vacation, or just out and about, and having your feet hurt at the end of the day.
During a recent day at Disney, the Deborah Women’s Athletic shoes from Therafit Shoes really saved the day. These shoes claim to be “the 12-hour shoe for your 12-hour day,” and I have to say after walking in them all day they did not disappoint. I actually put them into overtime for they got more like a 15 hour day. But even bigger than that – I put 15 miles on those suckers. Yeah, a true test. I am being 100% honest here. My back and feet did not hurt. My body was exhausted. But even the next day I was ok, and that’s pretty much a testament of a great shoe in my opinion.
Each pair of shoes is carefully constructed and hand inspected before they are shipped to you. There’s just something about a company that puts that much care into their shoes that resonates with me.
Since the breaking at Disney, my TheraFit Shoes have been traveling around with me. They were the shoes that kept me walking the hills in San Francisco all the way to Pier 39 where they had some beach time.
One of my favorite features of the shoes is the fact they are available in a wide variety of colors. They aren’t just super comfortable shoes that are bland and boring. The shoes are available in the following color combinations:

I chose the black and white ones for I tend to not be so daring on color.
So the shoes made it through Disney and the hills and Oceanside of San Francisco. The next test was a hike through the redwoods of Muir Woods. They did it!
They come in sizes 6 to 11, and are only available in medium widths. The shoes themselves retail for $95, and they are worth every penny. Shoes are one of those purchases that you definitely get what you pay for. These shoes are very high quality, and some even say it’s like walking on air.
If you are looking for a high quality shoe that will make your feet love you, I highly recommend the Deborah’s Women Athletic shoes from Therafit. These are easily shoes that could fit your active lifestyle or even just your day to day errand walking. Definitely a must buy. Those sound comfortable. WHen on your feet walking it is extremely important to have a great pair of shoes but we also want stylish. These look like they provide both. I’d have to get black/pink color!

I soo need a new pair of shoes… will you believe my shoes were that apparently that old, the last time I wanted to take a run, my entire sole came off and I was left with the shoe and no sole..
