If you follow me on any of my social media platforms, it’s no secret that I love food. I am very fortunate to eat well enough weekly that warrants several Instagram photos of some of my delicious meals before I have that first bite. And then Different Pointe of View came into my world.
Nestled in those beautiful desert mountains that I have spoken so dearly about at the Pointe Hilton Tamatio Cliff Resort, the amazing on-site restaurant, Different Pointe of View, not only has one of the most amazing views, but I have racked my brain trying to think of a meal that I have ever had that has been this incredible. And bottom line, I just can’t. It’s that good.
Meet Chef Anthony DeMuro. It’s not often that the Executive Chef comes out to talk to you about the menu, his passion for cooking, and most importantly to him, the process of using the freshest ingredients.
Flavor and color are the distinctive features of Chef Anthony DeMuro’s cuisine. Using local and regionally grown selections, Chef DeMuro draws inspiration from the Mediterranean region and around the globe. Infused oils, one-of-a-kind rubs and exotic sea salts are elements that take flavor to a new level throughout the menu at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs’ AAA Four-Diamond Different Pointe of View restaurant. With colors from seasonal produce and presentations that resemble art, Chef DeMuro’s guests truly appreciate his cuisine on the palate as well as the plate made by this culinary genius.
Yes you are reading that correctly. Different Pointe of View is a AAA Four-Diamond Restaurant, and it has been for 21 consecutive years. Isn’t that impressive? After tasting some of his incredible appetizers, I quickly could see why.

A.MAZ.ING. Scallops, portabella mushroom ravioli, and the most delicious venison, cooked medium rare, but brazed for a crispy coating and rubbed with coarse sea salt. Simply, to die for.
The wine they chose for us to compliment our meals was so good!
The sunset and then the city view are spectacular. A very romantic backdrop to the most incredible meal I have ever had.
Different Pointe of View is perfect for any special occasion. From a romantic dinner for two, to a night out like we experienced, or a big event such as a wedding, they are able to accommodate a variety of party sizes.
